Why The House

Why The House

A waiter welcomes guests into the candlelit parish hall

Usually

A wedding can become surprisingly complicated.

First you choose the church. Then somewhere for the reception. Then you need to get everyone from one to the other.

Then come the caterer, the menu, the photographer, the flowers, the linens, the centrepieces, the tableware, the favours, the drinks, the music, the timing, the deliveries and the people who are supposed to make all of it happen.

Every choice creates another choice.

And every supplier needs to be briefed, paid, coordinated and checked.

With Us

The House of Chelsea removes much of this before you begin.

The church and parish hall are together. The ceremony and reception remain within the same Ekklesia. The catering has already been composed. The table settings, linens and details have been considered. Photography is appointed. The ceremonial arrangements are organised.

You are not asked to choose from hundreds of centrepieces, invent a colour scheme or spend evenings comparing caterers and photographers.

You choose the gathering that suits you.

You approve the arrangements.

Then you arrive.

Your guests arrive. The church is ready. The table is ready. The people who are responsible for the day know what is happening.

And you are free to be married, receive your guests and actually experience the wedding you spent so long looking forward to.

That is why The House exists.
